General Terms and Conditions

According to Ukrainian law, food products of proper quality are not subject to return or exchange.
By placing an order, the buyer confirms familiarity with the product characteristics and agrees to the terms of purchase.

Return of goods of proper quality

Returns or exchanges of goods are not possible if:
• the product does not meet subjective expectations (taste, aroma, consistency);
• an incorrect quantity or assortment was ordered;
• the product was received in proper condition.

Claims in case of damage

If upon receiving your order you discover:
• damage to the packaging or container;
• damage to the jar;
• order discrepancy;

Please check the parcel upon receipt at the pick-up point or with the courier in the presence of a delivery service representative.
If damage is confirmed, draw up a corresponding act with the delivery service and contact us — we will help resolve the situation promptly.
Damage claims are accepted only if recorded upon receipt of the order.
The deadline for submitting a claim is up to 24 hours after receipt.

Important

We carefully monitor product quality and pay special attention to packaging and transportation conditions so that orders arrive in proper condition.
We recommend checking your order immediately upon receipt and not delaying its pickup from the delivery point.
