Delivery within Ukraine

• Orders are processed and dispatched after full payment confirmation.

• Delivery across Ukraine is carried out by "Nova Poshta" to a branch or by courier to your address.
• Delivery costs are paid by the recipient according to the carrier's tariffs.

Pickup

• You can pick up your order yourself from our office after confirmation of its readiness.
• Details regarding the address and pickup time are coordinated with the manager.

When picking up, we recommend checking your order upon receipt.

International Delivery

• International orders are dispatched after full payment for the products and delivery.
• The minimum volume for an international order is 25 kg of products (various packaging options are possible).
• Shipments are made with a full set of necessary accompanying documents.
• The cost and delivery times depend on the destination country and the chosen transportation method.
• Customs duties, taxes, and other fees, if required by the legislation of the recipient's country, are paid by the recipient.
